Driving Greener Cities Through Regional Collaboration
Persium had the privilege of joining the Global Incubator Programme (GIP) in Singapore — a country known for its innovation, forward-looking infrastructure, and leadership in sustainability.
It was an honour to represent Persium and British technology in this clean-tech initiative, made possible by Innovate UK, Better Earth Ventures, and the Singapore Deep-Tech Alliance (SDTA). As one of the selected companies, we had the opportunity to showcase our advanced air quality sensing technology, connect with investors and ecosystem partners, and explore Singapore as a strategic gateway to the rest of Asia.

From collaborative workshops to deep-dive sessions with mentors and local experts, the programme offered meaningful insight into what it takes to scale clean-tech solutions in the region. The energy was incredible — driven by a shared commitment to solving some of the world’s most urgent environmental challenges.
Singapore’s Green Plan 2030, its digital economy, and reputation as one of the most innovative cities globally make it a prime location for deep-tech startups with bold sustainability goals. With ambitious targets to achieve net-zero emissions by 2050, it’s no surprise the city-state is becoming a hub for climate innovation.
This experience in 2024 has not only reinforced our mission to build smarter, healthier, and more breathable cities through intelligent environmental sensing and digital twinning — but has also given us new momentum to expand globally with purpose and clarity.
